Photos And Face-Related Data

Because Ai Attractiveness Test analyses facial images, this section is especially important. An uploaded photograph can contain identifiable personal information about you or about anyone else shown in it. Please upload only photographs of yourself or of people who have agreed to the upload.

Why a photo may be requested

A photo is requested so the analysis feature can produce the result you ask for. Without a photo, that feature cannot work.

Four things we distinguish

  • The photograph itself, which contains a person's face.
  • Information derived from the photograph, such as measurements or features produced during analysis, if any.
  • Biometric identifiers or templates, only if the system actually creates them. Whether any uploaded image or derived data qualifies as biometric data depends on the system's design and on the law that applies to you.
  • AI-generated outputs, such as an attractiveness estimate or other result shown to you.

How photos are processed

When you submit a photo, it enters the analysis workflow configured for the website. Depending on that configuration, the image, or information from it, may be sent to an external AI analysis service. Which information the service receives, whether images or derived information are kept, and whether any provider may use submitted content to improve its models depend on the backend and external services connected to the website and on those providers' terms.

Please note: Do not upload photographs of other people without their permission, or images of children.

How We Use Information

Where applicable to the features in use, we use information to:

AI Analysis And Automated Processing

Ai Attractiveness Test is an entertainment-oriented tool. Where the feature is available, the experience generally works as follows:

  • you submit a photograph;
  • the photograph is processed by the configured model or service;
  • the service generates the outputs available in the tool; and
  • the results are presented to you on the website.

Attractiveness estimates are AI-generated outputs. They are not an objective measure of beauty, character, social status, or personal worth, and should not be treated as one. Results can vary with the photograph, lighting, angle, image quality, processing conditions, and the capabilities and limitations of the connected system.

The results are provided for entertainment and are not intended to be used to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, or other matters that significantly affect you. We do not publish model names, scoring methods, or accuracy figures here.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from the person concerned, and we will try not to ask for more personal information than is needed for this. Legal retention requirements or technical limitations may mean that some information cannot be deleted in some cases, where the law permits.

Information Security

Protecting personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure matters, particularly for photographs. Depending on the deployment, measures we may use include:
